This product is awesome if you work outside and are caught in the elements. I work in construction and I’m always exposed to the rain, leaving my boots and gloves soaked. I ordered this dryer and now I can ensure everything will be dry for the next work day.At the highest heat setting I can completely dry two pairs of gloves in under 15 minutes. Boots are dry in four hours.It comes with a bracket so you can mount it to a wall. After the bracket is mounted you can still remove the product if needed. I recommend mounting it low on a wall near a doorway. I mounted mine to a workbench in my garage.The arms or legs of the octopus are flexible and can stretch out to varying lengths depending on your application. That makes this dryer the most versatile one I’ve ever seen.

My family and I are avid skiers. I personally ski over 45 days per season, and my kids and wife are close to that count. We're in the northeast US so we all know what those early and late season days can be, full of rain. Sometimes smack in the middle of the season too!! There is nothing worse than getting back the next day after a rainy one and finding a sopping wet boot you should have blown out with a fan, and/or kid's glove that you should have wasted time and energy on putting through the dryer. This octopus dryer is exactly what we needed to help ensure a dry foot or hand, and I would say this is an absolutely essential ski-house addition. I can get my boots dry in about 30 minutes, and I don't have to waste the energy putting a single pair of wet gloves through the dryer. The product itself is really well made. The octopus arms expand and retract. They feel pretty thick, and I am not afraid of them cracking or breaking due to the plastic being relatively heavy duty. The main unit is smaller than I expected - it seems bigger in the pictures - and the overall size is pleasantly smaller than I thought it would be. From a mounting perspective - super easy. There is a holder for the circle that slides out of the back, and it can be mounted to the wall via two screws. I would try to attach at least one of the two to a wall stud, as when you repeatedly pull the tubes down it could cause stress on a drywall anchor that is not supported. From an operation perspective, the instructions say not to put the heat on anything except the room temp or lowest heat setting - the higher settings are really hot and could damage a plastic boot. The controls are simple, the lights on the front make it easy to use! The fan on the lowest setting is perfect for an overnight dry, while the highest setting (tornado mode) is definitely loud, but it should be if it's on a super fast setting like that. I am really happy with this well made, intuitive product!

This is a wonderful, high quality boot dryer! It conveniently hangs on the wall and completely dries soaked boots, both inside and out. There are multiple temperatures, fan speeds, and times as well as an ionic mode for those stinky shoes. We have it hanging in the garage and my son uses it for his composite toe work boots. He works outside and often comes home with saturated feet. Before this, I put them in the dryer but it would take hours, ruin the leather, and never get totally dry. These are comfy and cozy in less than an hour. The multiple hoses allows you to dry 2 pairs at once. Unfortunately there aren't valves to close the tubes, so if you only have 1 pair to dry, I end up putting 2 tubes per shoe. Aside from that, this works great and is highly recommended!

I use these to keep my daily work boots fresh and it works amazing, I use the odor control function and I haven’t had any issue with odor since. (Keeping them dry probably also helps).It is fairly loud on max fan but lower setting are pretty quiet. It does “evacuate” the odor and sweat smell from the boots initially so it’s probably best to have this in a “boot room” or garage like I do.I love the wall mount and flex hoses, so much more organized and stable than those units that sit on the ground.

Bought for weekend at the track. We use it all the time. Buy it.

Love this dryer! Works perfect for drying my kiddos soccer cleats and goalie gloves! Love that it has a cool air setting!It is a bid loud when turned up but I'll deal with it for a few hours for dry cleats!

5/5 stars it’s exactly as described.I absolutely love it with its convenience be it hanging or mounted I'm quite satisfied.The Ionic system left my place with no odours unlike past products from other brands.With it using hoses instead of direct contact there is none if not very little chance of water contact.Very good product well done manufactures/designers.

Great device for drying ski equipment at the end of the day. The ionic air option is great for reducing funky smells. Just make sure you crack a window, because that ozone is smelly and slightly toxic. Literally the only way to combat the smells though. Works a treat.

Bought a new dryer a couple of years ago, didn't realized til after the fact that this particular model of dryer does not have a dryer shelf. I use the dryer shelf all the time for shoes! What do I do now? Welp, this little octopus hedgehog to the rescue! You can dry four shoes at once, and it does a great job. The noise level isn't too much, and there are a bunch of different settings to suit your needs. I had to dry one pair of shoes, and realized that I can't just turn two of the four hoses on, so it's all or none there. I ended up putting two hoses in each shoe, which dried them much more quickly. This particular design is meant to be hung on the wall, via a mounting bracket that requires drilling into the wall or mounting tape. I would prefer another mounting option, like it would be nice to be able to have a little hook or something to hang this. So, giving this guy four stars. Works very well, especially if you're like me and learned what to look for when buying a new dryer the hard way, kinda pricey, wish I could hang it up, great to have for my kids wet shoes!
